Hey guys! This weekend, I will be creating this famous Mediterranean dessert called Baklava for my entire family. Talk about pressure and expectations! It’s basically a layering of filo dough and egg wash, then in the center, it’s filled with a walnut mix, then layered with more pieced of very thin filo dough and egg wash. We then cut it right before we put it in the oven, so that when we pull it out all how and ready, it’s easier to pick up a piece! This dessert is very time consuming so you gotta make sure you have all the time in the world to do it.
